- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Break it apart and cook evenly for 5–7 minutes
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
- Mix well and reduce heat
- Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt
- Prepare your base (rice or veggies) in a bowl
- Add cooked beef on top
- Drizzle raw honey and sprinkle pepper flakes
- Serve warm
