Ingredients
  

  • 200–250 g Ground beef Lean (90/10 preferred)
  • 30 g Cheese Shredded (low-fat optional)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Salt To taste
  • Black pepper To taste
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Raw honey

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned
  3. Break it apart and cook evenly for 5–7 minutes
  4. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
  5. Mix well and reduce heat
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt
  7. Prepare your base (rice or veggies) in a bowl
  8. Add cooked beef on top
  9. Drizzle raw honey and sprinkle pepper flakes
  10. Serve warm
