Method
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and sear steak 3–4 minutes per side. Add butter and baste. Rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same pan, cook eggs sunny-side up.
- Add chili oil or chili flakes and sprinkle parsley on eggs.
- Slice avocado and season lightly.
- Mix herb sauce ingredients in a small bowl (optional).
- Plate steak, eggs, avocado, and serve with sauce.
