Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Cottage cheese 240 g
  • 1 Cup Almond flour 240 g
  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup Optional
  • 1 Apple Medium, peeled & finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Salt Pinch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan
  2. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sweetener
  3. Add almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt
  4. Fold in chopped apples
  5. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set
  7. Cool, slice into bars, and serve
