Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cottage cheese
  • 6 Eggs Large
  • 1 Cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Ham Diced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a bowl or blender, mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Add spinach, onion, ham, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
