Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Blanched French beans
  • 100 gram Low-fat paneer Cubed
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or any cooking oil
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • Garlic and green chilli, to taste
  • ½ tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Chilli flakes, to taste
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: roasted peanuts or sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Blanch French beans until slightly tender but crisp
  2. Heat oil and sauté garlic and green chilli
  3. Add onion and cook until soft
  4. Add paneer and cook until lightly golden
  5. Add beans and mix well
  6. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and seasonings
  7. Toss and cook briefly, then serve hot
