Ingredients
  

  • 140 g Chicken breast Sliced
  • 1 Egg white
  • Black pepper To taste
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 15 g Cornflakes Crushed
  • Paprika
  • Garlic granules
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Flatbread
  • 20 g Garlic & herb sauce
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1/2 Cucumber Sliced
  • 1/4 Red onion Sliced
  • 2 Spring onion Chopped
  • 1 Sesame seeds
  • 12.5 g Honey
  • 3 g Sriracha

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Dip chicken in egg white and coat with cornflake mixture
  2. Air fry until golden and crispy
  3. Mix honey and sriracha to make hot honey
  4. Spread sauce on flatbread
  5. Add veggies and crispy chicken
  6. Drizzle hot honey on top and serve
