- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Boil sliced potatoes for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft.
- Add soy mince and cook until browned.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Blend tofu, soy milk, and seasonings until smooth.
- Layer potatoes and soy mince in a baking dish.
- Pour sauce over and top with vegan cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
